Pacific Bay rod guide wrapping thread is manufactured by Dupont to the same standards as yarn used for car interiors, so you can be confident of its quality.
Great strength and very little stretch. Bright lustrous colours with a unique shimmer.
Size A thread is normally used for coarse and fly rods as well as underwraps for sea rods.
Size C thread can be used for heavy coarse or sea rods.
Regular nylon thread will darken once wrap finish is applied. To maintain its colour as close as possible to the original, apply colour preserver to the thread before coating with finish or order ‘Stay True’ colour preserved. This is thread that has been pre-treated to maintain its colour.
