Screw in cork fighting butt with EVA pad. Has an aluminium thread for screwing into suitable reel seats but also comes with an aluminium mounting plug, allowing it to be glued to the blank. Available with black, titanium or gold finish to complement your chosen reel seat. Best suited to rods 8 weight and above.

I stock a wide variety of fly reel seats, from exotic woods through to all aluminium seats built for heavier blanks and tough saltwater environments. Every wood insert is unique with its own characteristics. The UL3 seats have a round hood for insertion into the cork grip whilst the UL5 seats have a shaped hood.
Apologies for at the moment, numbers of wood reel seats for rod size 6 and above are limited as Pacific Bay have discontinued the UL3 seats. Those in stock are the last ones available. When they’re gone they’re gone.
